Available with travel ranges of 40mm, 60mm, and 100mm, and a footprint as small as 80×80mm, the V 141 is ideal for space-constrained setups such as in OEM systems, microscopy, semiconductor processing, and lab automation.
High Precision and Dynamic Motion
- Bidirectional repeatability: 0.12µm
- Straightness: as tight as 2µm
- Straightness: as tight as 3µm
- Maximum velocity: up to 1m/s

- Friction-Free Direct Drive Motor with Crossed Roller Bearings
Featuring a non-cogging, friction free, ironless 3-phase linear motor and crossed-roller bearings, the V 141 eliminates backlash and wear, delivering smooth, maintenance free performance suited for continuous 24/7 operation.
- Flexible Multi Axis Configurations
The family supports XY and XYZ assemblies. A magnetically counterbalanced vertical translation stage integrates a user-selectable preload to improve dynamics and reduce motor load. Special 6-axis variants are also offered.
- Photonics Alignment Systems
Based on the V-141 stage, the F-141 photonics alignment system family, with up to 6 degrees of freedom, is available.
- Seamless Controller Integration
When paired with PI’s EtherCAT-based A-8xx series motion controllers, users benefit from high-dynamics motion control, reduced heat generation, rapid step-and-settle performance, and simplified integration via standard fieldbus protocols.
