PI provides a number of piezo motor-driven linear slides based on different piezo motor technologies, from ultrasonic, to stick slip. These compact linear slides are ideal for OEM applications where space is limited and components to be positioned or aligned are small, for example sensors, small optics, fibers, miniature mechanical components, micromechanics or MEMS.
