E-612.C0 is a high speed parallel command port piezo amplifier with closed-loop feedback servo position controller module for Closed Loop piezo nanopositioning stages, NanoPositioners, and High Performance Piezo Actuators with integrated capacitive displacement sensors.

Standard versions come with a 10 µs/ command 16-bit opto-isolated input port for enhanced EMI immunity. Modified versions without opto-isolation featuring 270 ns response are available on request. An additional-high bandwidth, 0 to 10 V control input is available for analog control.

The E-612.C0 closed-loop servo controller module is also equipped with a Piezo high voltage amplifier providing -20 to 120 V and 80 mA sink and source current.

E-661.CP is the compact bench-top, stand-alone piezo controller and piezo driver version of the E-612.C0 module. It comes with a metal case for EMI protection and an external power supply.

One to four channel bench-top piezo closed-loop controller versions consisting of an E-501.10 chassis (9.5" rack with power supply) and 1 to 4, E-612.C0 modules are available, too. Control of the multi-channel versions is via one cable (module one, other modules addressed via internal bus) or by connecting each module individually for even faster command throughput (no address select required).
